Well, I've been inching up on the RPM's that I shift at as well as stepping up on the loads (50-60% throttle), and sometimes I get a HUGE! backfire! I have a completely gutted system (no cats) and BOV's. I suspect that this is normal operation cuz of all the air vented when the BOVs open up make the rest of the system run very rich.
Do you get any backfiring with a similar setup? Is there any way to avoid it? Will the ECU learn this new configuration? Thanks!
